Pair of Yankee Potter jugs. Likely made in USA circa 1980s or 90s. For sale as a pair.
Lovely glossy glaze with tie dye effect, one is blue with purple highlights, the other is green dabbed over a beige colored base. Each base is signed 'Yankee Potter' in pencil by the artist. Unusual bird-like forms with round bodies, a large curved handle and a double opening at the spout. Cute together as a pair.
Condition:
Overall in good vintage condition. The blue jug is in better condition than the green. Both show some signs of age. The blue has small hairline crack at the edge of the central opening. The green has some water staining inside the spout. It also has a crack in the upper edge of the neck many cracks through the glaze - which is not unattractive. Please see photos, and request more prior to purchase if you have any concerns.

15cm tall x 10cm diameter = approx 6" x 4"
