Vintage mid-century Stanley Ballard ceramic vase, hand thrown in Vermont circa 1950.
S. Ballard Vermont marking on base. Rich brown under glaze with grey wash over the top creating a speckled appearance. Tall tapered form with wide opening.
Condition:
In excellent vintage condition. Some subtle imperfections in the glaze as it is a hand thrown piece. No chips, cracks or damage.
Measurements:
21.7cm tall x 11cm wide (at base) x 7cm depth (at base) = approx 8.5" x 4.5" x 2.75"
Rectangular opening 15cm wide x 10.3cm deep at centre
