Einar Lynge-Ahlberg, was an artist born in Malmo, Sweden in 1913. He was a freelancer for the Rörstrand factory from 1954 – 1957 mainly creating unique bowls and vases in tight and minimalistic shapes with restricted tones and geometric decoration. Lynge-Ahlberg’s work was different from other Swedish ceramists in the fifties, his production scarce and his pieces very coherent. This is a rare find from his short period of work as a ceramic artist.
