Vintage footed filigree glass bowl produced by F&M Ballarin di Murano, in Murano, Italy circa 1950s.

Piece one of a stunning collection of 3 different size bowls, this is the largest, with original label still attached. Vibrant swirling filigree threads of green and yellow enhanced by golden threads, encased in clear glass. This technique was invented by Venetian glass-blowers in 1527. Footed bowl with ruffled fluted edge. Lightweight and delicate form.

Condition:
In excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks or repairs.

12cm tall x 19cm diameter = approx 4.75" x 7.5"
