Vintage footed filigree glass bowl produced by F&M Ballarin di Murano, in Murano, Italy circa 1950s.
Piece three of a stunning collection of 3 different size bowls, this is the small low bowl. Vibrant swirling filigree threads of black enhanced by golden threads, encased in clear glass. This technique was invented by Venetian glass-blowers in 1527. Low bowl with fine edge. Lightweight and delicate form.
Condition:
In excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks or repairs.
