The Virebent family were widely recognized as architects and ceramists in Toulouse since the 18th Century. In 1924 the Virebent factory was founded in Puy-l’Évêque, France. In 1960s the company began artistic collaborations to create tableware, crockery, furniture and light fixtures, many of which are classics of their time and are on public display in the permanent collection of Paris’ Museum of Decorative Arts.
